Video Synchronization Problems

I am having a major problem with video synchronization. I have a single FLV that is used throughout the presentation. I have edited viewer.xml and inserted the correct start and stop times, and everything works perfectly when run from my local machine. However, when I publish to my webserver, everything breaks. The video file is reloaded on every slide, and it starts at the beginning for every one instead of starting at the proper time. Any ideas?

Are you republishing to your webserver after you have made changes in viewer.xml ? If that is true then your xml would be created again which will not have these changes .

Right method would be to use the published folder(or zipped folder ) with updated viewer.xml
