When we have a text block which has multiple properties, always the attribute of the first character is taken for all others also when it is exported. This is so because the text runs always return the properties of the first character inside a text block.
Currently the only to retain 2 different properties in dreamweaver is to break it into 2 seperate text blocks.
Ok, then I have a following question. Is there a way to break 1 textblock into 2 after you have filled it with your text?

Cut the text from one block.
Click outside the text block with the text tool.
Paster the cut text into the new text block
