    java swing and webhelp?

We are using a java swing application and are trying to launch webhelp. Because it is java swing, the developer can call a web browser, and then the javascript takes over and we have no control of the browser or how many of them are opened if multiple help calls are made by the user.

We currently use javahelp and it is not the prettiest of tools and takes up too much download time. So, we thought moving toward webhelp would "fix" things. It is prettier, no download time, however, the display of a small window for a context-sensative call is outrageous because it takes the browser defaults and not the webhelp window definition.

Any ideas or suggestions? Thank you
