    Flash XML Gallery

      Ok so I have hacked together an XML Flash photogallery using this code

      myPhoto = new XML();
      myPhoto.ignoreWhite = true;
      myPhoto.onLoad = function(success) {
      numimages = this.firstChild.childNodes.length;
      spacing = 70;
      for (i=0; i<numimages; i++) {
      this.picHolder = this.firstChild.childNodes ;
      this.thumbHolder = thumbnails.createEmptyMovieClip("thumbnail"+i, i);
      this.thumbHolder._x = i*spacing;
      this.thumbLoader =this.thumbHolder.createEmptyMovieClip("thumbnail_image", 0);
      this.thumbLoader.loadMovie(this.picHolder.attributes.thmb);
      this.thumbHolder.title = this.picHolder.attributes.title;
      this.thumbHolder.main = this.picHolder.attributes.main;
      this.thumbHolder.caseStudy = this.picHolder.attributes.caseStudy;
      this.thumbHolder.onRelease = function() {
      loader.loadMovie(this.main);
      title_txt.text = this.title;
      caseStudy_txt.text = this.caseStudy;
      };
      }
      };
      myPhoto.load("xmlphoto3.xml");

      What I’m trying to do is break the thumbnails up so they load into separate movie clips. The reason I need to do this is because I have been asked to create a gallery with this style effect for the thumbnails

      If anyone could give me any help or point me in the right direction I would be most grateful.
