I have my photos on Adobe PhotoShop Album Starter Edition but I can not copy or print them. They seem to be taged. How can I access my photos. I have been issued with an unlock code but even with the code I can't print or transfere the photos.
You'll have to use the software that came with your Westinghouse photo frame.
You should start a new Topic instead of replying to an unrelated Topic.
In your new Topic, please add some detail around what you're trying to do, and what is happening that you don't expect.
Thanks for the info, however no software came with the photo frame. Anyway, I already figured it out. Once again, Thanks.

I have been using the starter photoshop album 3.2 since June and I have quite a few pictures stored in it. I have enjoyed the ease of which I have been able to email pictures and upload them at the same time. Now, all of a sudden I am unable to launch the photoshop album and I am afraid to download another one to replace it because I don't know if my pictures can be accessed from the new album. True, I can't access them now since I can't launch photoshop I currently have installed. What is my problem?? HELP! Kate
I don't know what the problem is, but installing the latest version from http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/detail.jsp?ftpID=3616 won't make it any worse.
Note: Your pictures are not held captive in Starter Edition. They should all be somewhere on your hard disk and you should be able to use Windows to find them. Starter Edition simply catalogs your images.
