Photoshop CS is an image editing program and not an image organization program.
So, you can't really "transfer" your images. You can use Photoshop CS to edit you images though. Simply open both programs, and then drag an image from Starter Edition over to Photoshop. Photoshop will open it and you can edit away.
If you have Photoshop CS2 or CS3, then you also have something called Adobe Bridge. Bridge is Photoshop's image management tool but it's only there in CS2 and newer.
Your question has been aptly answered by CS.
I purchased Photoshop far back in time, but I never installed it. Will it still basically perform the same tasks as the newer versions? Can I upload modified photos to web building sites? Are updates for my products free? I am a newby with very little tech. savvy.
Can you please tell me that which version of Photoshop CS did you purchase?
