Is this a new problem? Did the software work previously? First thought
is to try reinstalling the software and make sure that no antivirus
software is on.
After installing run "Get Photos" from Hard Drive and see if that helps.
For what file type are you getting this error? Also try importing these pictures to a new catalog and see if that works for you.
jpg files. All try the new catalog and let you know.
I have the same problem. APS 3.2 starter editon worked great for a year. All of a sudden I got the "ODBC data source returned the following error: (internal error: data not found)"
Is there a solution to this problem? What is the Problem??

Does ANYONE have an idea of how to solve this problem???
I was just able to add pictures to the catalogue again. I submitted the registration again and entered the unlock key, then got photos again and it took.
Did you try the registration and unlock process again and see if that works for you.
I downloaded photos from a memory card to My Pictures, and they were all perfect. When I downloaded the same photos to the Adobe Photo Album, two of the photos had cube like patterns on them.
Anyone any idea what could cause this?? I have never seen this before. Stanley G. C.
