You need to duplicate the image before you do the crop. Right-click on the thumbnail and select Duplicate item. If an image has 3 pictures, just duplicate it twice and crop each one out in turn.
Thanks Colin, that worked like a charm! I was trying to use Copy and wondered why that wasn't working. I didn't even see Duplicate on the pull down menu. Must've been too tired.
Now, one other question, please. The first set of multiple scanned pictures that I did crop from, of course left me with the one of the 4 pictures that I cropped. So, where's the other 3 - my Original? I've tried looking for it under Show All, and Find by date with no luck. I've not tagged or identified my photos yet in any other way. I'm such a newbie. Much to learn. I can tell you that I did NOT click to have anything removed from my hard drive, so I'm assuming that the original is here somewhere. Any tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
Right click on the image of the lonely picture and choose Revert to Original.
Thanks again, Colin. I'm learning, really. Appreciate your help.
