Does your camera appear as a "drive" in Windows Explorer?
No, it does not appear as a drive. I also checked in Device Manager, as suggested in one of the Knowledge Base articles, and it does not show up there either.
As I mentioned above, the Kodak EasyShare software works with this camera but I am trying to get PhotoShop Album Starter Edition 3.0, to try it out, to see if I like it better than the Kodak S/W.
I think you need to temporarily [maybe] uninstall the Kodak software. Most cameras just appear as a drive and don't need any special drivers.
I would suggest you to try out what Colin has suggested. Further there are 2 FAQs related to Kodak cameras and steps mentioned over there might help you.
