PSA SE does not really have the capability you need, as it is a beginner's tool.
CS2 can certainly do it, but that is a pro tool and much more complex. You really need to go that forum, but the key thing to look for is Image Resize and keep resampling on - then save a copy.
Open up the image in CS2, click on Image, Image Size... and choose what you
need. I would advice saving as a copy just in case.
Hello, Jim, I have tried doing that but the pixel box won't allow me to make the changes I need. If I put one number in the upper box the lower box puts in what I am sure is the proper ratio number and if I switch it the same thing happens. I have also tried to put in a layer which is the closest I can get to changing the pixels to the ratio I need. I get 300 X 600 and I need 300 X 620. The support group for the photo frame suggests using Microsoft Office and a program called Photo Editor or Picture Manager. I have an earlier version of MO which doesn't have those programs. Thanks for the help.
Use the Crop tool - set the pixel sizes and you can get what you want.
Thanks, Colin. I will try that and let you know if it works.
Remember you can shift the crop tool around first if it cutting parts you
want to include.
Thanks for the input Colin.
