LoadVars and >&< ?

Hi,
I have a problem with LoadVars.
I am loading a Text file in >looks like>&&rec0=sffdfd&&rec1=AASASD&&rec2=bBBBB……<
&&recCounter=10;

When the value pair contains an amp>&< like> Art&Design < it will read >&Design< as a own record var.
So >Art< disappears and &Design=& <

I use >onLoad.func< because for several reasons I don't wonna use >onData< because iterating through the decode String with the >prop< method writes out all vars in the text file. I want to push only the vars called "rec" into my array. I need to have also some Error funcs included. So I use:

var getCtext:LoadVars = new LoadVars();
var recCtext:LoadVars = new LoadVars();
recCtext.onLoad = function(success:Boolean){
if(success){
getCtext.decode(this);
store_array = new Array();
var csdpages:Number = parseInt(this["recCounter"]);
var ib:Number = 0;

while(ib<csdpages){
var amp = "&";
var noAmp = this["rec" + ib].split(amp).join("&").toString();
store_array.push(noAmp);
ib = ib+1;
}
};

Thank you for your help.
