This is my very first post after long time of using this
forum and I hope you can help me out with my problem,
I'm developing a MP3 streaming app. The problem that I have
is when the MP3 is loaded (using mySound.load(new
URLRequest("song.mp3"));) and starts streaming because I have to
wait till the stream is done for doing some other kind of requests
(for example calling HTTPServices or requests on general).
At first I thought the problem was because of the straming
taking out all of the bandwidth available, so I used a server side
script (on php, since I'm not using Flash Media Server) to limit
the BW available for the streaming and still I have to wait until
the stream get finished for other requests.
Is there a way to tell the sound object not to 'lock' any BW
activity besides the stream?
