So does that mean that putting a huge number in the width box, like 30000 pixels, will give the user what is desired (in effect it will always work to the 1000 pixel height)? -

I have a bunch of pictures from a photo session: they are all sorts of sizes and aspect ratios after I finish my creative cropping.
I select them in Bridge and open the Image processor dialog. I want copies that can email, so I put 800 in the W box and 800 in the H box.
When I run the script it will put resized copies no bigger than 800 by 800 (but retaining the aspect ratio) in a new sub-folder.
