            Hello,

            Your code is telling IE only to have 30px of padding in the top of the
            sidebar.

            /* place css fixes for all versions of IE in this conditional comment */
            .twoColFixLtHdr #sidebar1 { padding-top: 30px; }

            Take care,
            Tim

                Are you sure? - I think Tim's fix should work - try this - find in the
                head of your document these CCs...

                <!--[if IE 5]>
                <style type="text/css">
                /* place css box model fixes for IE 5* in this conditional comment */
                .twoColFixLtHdr #sidebar1 { width: 230px; }
                </style>
                <![endif]--><!--[if IE]>
                <style type="text/css">
                /* place css fixes for all versions of IE in this conditional comment */
                .twoColFixLtHdr #sidebar1 { padding-top: 30px; }
                .twoColFixLtHdr #mainContent { zoom: 1; }
                /* the above proprietary zoom property gives IE the hasLayout it needs
                to avoid several bugs */
                </style>
                <![endif]-->

                and replace with.....

                <!--[if IE 5]>
                <style type="text/css">
                /* place css box model fixes for IE 5* in this conditional comment */
                .twoColFixLtHdr #sidebar1 { width: 230px; }
                </style>
                <![endif]--><!--[if IE]>
                <style type="text/css">
                /* place css fixes for all versions of IE in this conditional comment */
                .twoColFixLtHdr #sidebar1 { padding-top: 0px; }
                .twoColFixLtHdr #mainContent { zoom: 1; }
                /* the above proprietary zoom property gives IE the hasLayout it needs
                to avoid several bugs */
                </style>
                <![endif]-->

                  That is contained in all the CSS starter pages that come with Dreamweaver.
                  Drives me mad :-)
