Finish your project in the older version fro Premiere.

Did you create a new project in CS3 and then import the images?
premiere can't change the original file back. I would agree with Harm to finish before you move over. Or you could finish that photo montage and export as avi and bring that into cs3.
Did you change the orientation of the images in Photoshop, or in Bridge (Edit>Browse in Photoshop)? If the former, then the changes should be there. If the latter, then the Rotation is done via XML "flags," and the changes do not instantly take place, in the original file. If you did make the change in PS, did you Save "over" the original files, or did you Save_As (same file name, but into a different folder)? When you did the Import, are you certain, that you Imported the changed files, and not the originals? Once a file has been Saved, with Rotation applied, it exists in the Rotated state. For Premiere to "revert," is unlikely, at best. Something else has to be happening. Premiere doesn't know the "original" state of the file, only the 1s & 0s in the Rotated file.
