    Editing different framerates

Hello, sorry if this has been asked before, I've been unable to find an answer anywhere.

I am putting together a demo reel of animation I have worked on. My source clips are all different framerates and sizes. 15fps, 24fps, 30fps, 23.97fps, and 29.97fps. Some clips are interlaced, which is another issue I need to figure out. (Is there an easy way to deinterlace just those clips for my final output?)

My primary question: What is the best way to approach editing these clips together? Should my Premiere project be setup as 24fps or 30 or? The final edited project's destination will be DVD and the web.

      Thanks!
