Ctrl-Z (undo) is the only thin I can think of.

In the Effect Controls panel, click the Reset icon to the far right of the Motion properties. (It looks like a circle with an arrow.) This will reset it back to its original default position, scale, rotation, anchor point, and anti-flicker.
