Look up Nesting in the manual or Help file.
Another option would be to Export each Sequence for Import into your DVD authoring program, such as Encore. Jim's suggested method has the advantage of Exporting as one muxed file, or as two primary streams - one Export for all of your Sequences. The method that I mentioned has the disadvantage of having X Exports, depending on the # of Sequences. However, if you are likely to need to change anything, once you begin building your DVD, it might well be easier to just re-Export that file, rather than the entire Project. If you are pleased with your editing, then Nesting gives you one Export (or two, if you do not mux the Audio & Video). As with so many things in Premiere, there are a few choices. The workflow, that you use, is totally up to you.
