Oh my god. Oh my god. I just recovered my sequence. I am the happiest person alive. I was crying like a baby, hating myself and it's back. I was literally on the floor in tears. First person to reply to this post, give me your paypal e-mail and I will give you money. That is how relieved and happy I feel. I have my life back.

@Jim Simon - I am becoming a believer.
If it happens again just do a windows search for a file with 'proj' in the title, and you should find it.
I think if you really want to make sure that you keep your data 100% safe, you should always have a your computer do a copy of your project files to another place on your computer, or another drive.
There are many programs that do this automatically, or you can do it by yourself, other than that you should create a zip of your project file on a regular basis.
Take a look at this software from Centered. Many professionals use this to safeguard their works : http://www.centered.com/ it's called Second Copy, and is an extremely powerful software that will copy files, or folders, etc, to another section of your computer, or another drive on your computer, and it does this all automatically, at any time you specify, and does it manually also. It's very intelligent software, and the options it has are very advanced, and keep your work very safe.
Here you will find links to many free tutorials that will quickly show you how things are done in PPro:

It sounds like the sequence was closed and just had to be doubleclicked in the Project panel.
I think that's why Craig is coming 'round.
Thank you, Apple.
