Use the Adobe Media Encoder and export to your preferred format. Set the data rate to something appropriate to the frame size.
What frame size do you want to use?
i dont know rofl, just want a low size file. I dont know nothing about Frame xP
Try a 1x1 frame size and the lowest possible data rate and FPS of around 1 and you could get a
i low size file.
Start learning about video editing might be an alternative.

By frame size, I meant, how big do you want the movie to be on the PC screen when you play it back.
I recommend you start with 320X240 using square pixels. Use Windows Media export from the Adobe Media Encoder. Use a data rate of 1024 and see if those results suit you.
