If they are all in the same sequence, you will need to set the work area bar over each section in turn and export just the work area from File/Export Movie (CTRL-M from timeline).
You're talking 2160 slices, if I understand you correctly.
It's pretty easy to adjust and place the work area bar because it snaps to cuts, but to do that operation 2160 times sounds, well, routine to put it mildly.
I hope for your sake that somebody comes up with a better solution.
But, maybe, if you told a bit more about your project, it could be that somebody comes up with quite another idea about how to achieve the result you want in a little more easy way.
