That's odd. How are we supposed to debug a timeline when a certain filter creates problems them?
That just isn't something that anyone asked for. Or not enough people, in any case.
We have asked for a way to eliminate all filters.
After Effects has a hotkey to show all modified parameters, so Premiere Pro could certainly have it. Put in a feature request.
To potentially same some time, you would only have to check clips that have an effect applied, which show up with the red render bar or a purple stripe on the clip itself. Of course, if you have other effects applied to many other clips, that may not be of much help.
