Every once in a while when rendering a small section of my two hour project, I get a "memeory low" pop up that prohibits the continuation of the render. The screen suggests that I set my preference to "memory" instead of "performance." When I set it to "memory" the render continued uninterrupted. Can someone explain the difference between a "memory" render and a "performance" render? Thanks
I didn't think this was a stupid question, but I guess it is too basic for this forum. The reason I posted it is because my searching elsewhere didn't reveal the answer....hence the post. Perhaps the answer is that a "memory" render is lower resolution than a "performance" render. Did I get it?
