Can't get an audio file when converting?

    Level 1
Hello everyone! I'm very new to Premiere and I've searched Google all morning but nothing worked. I'm having alot of trouble with the audio. Yesterday I used the program Super to convert a .vob and .mov file to an avi/divx file. Everything worked until I started working on the sequence this morning. I wasn't happy with some of the things I had done so I started to re-convert the original files. When they were converted with Super, the files didn't get a seperate .wav audio file like they did yesterday.

Perhaps this has nothing to do with Premiere but I need to know the answer so I can start working in Premiere. My question is, what are the best settings to preserve quality and converting it to another file? Or can I seperate the audio from the video file in Premiere?
