Ann Bens Jul 10, 2008 9:59 AM (in response to (MMMM_MMMMMMMM))Capture some footage from tv which uses subtitles you like (there are many different styles) grab a frame of that footage and import it into Premiere. Open titler and make subtitles on top of this frame. Play around with the fonts, aspect etc until you get the same.
My settings usually are: Arial 40, aspect 80, outer stroke 60. -

Ann mentions it in passing but I'll make clear for those who like me couldn't find outline in the Titler:
#2. For outline use Outer Stroke. Probably an obvious one for the vets.
Is it true that I should avoid a full white fill colour (R:255 G:255 B:255)? -
