Thanks Eddie. AFter some searching I did find a thread on here with the same issue.
I tried selecting the audio when playing the clip still no luck.
Jonathan, you don't say, so check the basics: multicam either "follows the video" (picks up audio track 2 if video track 2 is active, etc) or it uses only audio track 1. In you multicam source sequence, do you have audio track 1 and is it not muted? Are you following the video or using audio track one?
If that is okay, it may be helpful for others looking at this for you to indicate what you have in the source sequence for the multicam, what video and what audio tracks?
Audio Follows Video is busted (bug). PPro always takes track one no matter if you've selected that option or not. Track one (in the original, un-nested sequence) has to have audio (unmuted), or no dice once you get to Multicam.
Hey awesome it worked! I had muted track one in the original un-nested sequence and once i unmuted it i heard the audio in multicam! Couldn't have done it without your advice. Thanks for all the help guys!!!
Jonathan, thanks for letting us know how you resolved your problem. That feedback helps those who offered suggestions, and also users who visit this thread in the future.
Mitch411, I did some tests, and I agree that audio follows video is not working. I could swear it was in my earlier tests, but I don't know if that was pre-CS3, or CS3 before 3.2.0. Has this been reported elsewhere? Have you reported as a bug?
