doesn't link file because of audio channel(s)

I've shot a musicvideo with a Panasonic HD-cam and that gave me some .MXF files. We've started editing them on one pc, but wanted to bring it home with us. We copied all the files to a hard drive and when we came home and opened the project in Premiere, it gave the following error-message:

"The selected file cannot be linked because it has 2 audio channel(s) and the clip was created with 1 audio channel(s)"

This means that all my video-files are offline now and I can't edit any further.

And that while I don't even need the audio on the files. I removed the audio from several shots by unlinking and deleting them.

How can I solve this problem? I've spend a lot of time in it so far and really need this project to work. Hopefully someone here can help me.
