OK that makes sense but how do I correct it?
OK I found it, seems like this would be a default setting.
Choose Edit > Preferences > General (Windows)
Select Default Scale To Frame Size.
OH crap, I posted to the wrong message.
Jeff, what are you asking? I read my post and it seems clear to me. In the WMV file I had audio, now that I exported the results to an AVI file I don't have audio when I play the AVI file. Why don't I have audio in the AVI file?
>Jeff, what are you asking?
Your post #1 was a bit, umm, unclear.
>Oh crap, I posted to the wrong message.
Things are much clearer now. :)
Back to the original post, after a quick, but somewhat humorous detour:
I'd guess that in your Export settings - Export to AVI, that you only had Video checked. You want both Audio & Video for a muxed file. Depending on whether you use File>Export>Movie, or File>Export>AME the settings locations can be slightly different. Re-do your Export and make sure that both Audio & Video are checked.
PS it's always good to check and see if Jeff is awake yet. We always throw little things out, just to see if he's had his coffee!
Sometimes I get my coffee early, sometimes late. But on the days when I don't get it all - ugh. Watch out.
