Spend enough time on the program and you'll figure a ton of useful things out.
Isn't there an entire chapter on Exporting in the manual (or Help file, if that suits you better)?
First you have to determine the delivery medium to "share." Do you wish to burn a DVD for computer or set-top viewing, or stream via a server? Give us a clear idea of you delivery, and someone can point you to that area in the manual, or make suggestions.
yeah, I'm able to convert it to .avi, (export) thanks for the help....but I have a new problem...it's a 7 and a half long slide show(with music and pictures), and when i exported it and made an .avi file, it was like a GB....any way i can shrink that down at all?

Use the Adobe Media Encoder to export to Windows Media format. Choose an "audience" preset that matches what you want.
