Do a sort of clone stamp in AE.
Make a little dot the color or the grass in the titler and keyframe motion.
Garbage matte maybe.
You can deal with this is a similar way to blurring a face. Make a copy of the clip and place on top. Mask out a small area adjacent to the problem that is big enough to cover the blemish and feather the edges. Move the masked area to cover the problem.
If the camera is locked, you can do this with a small area of still overlay instead.
