Premiere Pro import/export settings for time-lapse

Hello, I am brand new to this site and Premiere Pro.

I am a photographer, and recently I have been getting into making time-lapse videos in high definition using Premiere Pro to compile image sequences into an HD video.

My question is: What project settings should I use for my videos and what export settings should I use?

I would like the videos to be in 1080p or 720p Windows Media HD. I do not know what the appropriate frame rate should be (30fps?).

I have already attempted to export a couple time-lapse videos using Premiere Pro and experimented with the video settings, but I'm not sure if the result is even HD video. What file type and compression type should I use, etc.?

Thank you in advance for any help, I really would appreciate any feedback.
