Estimating QuickTime file sizes before rendering?

I am using Adobe Premier Pro CS3 v 3.0.0 on a Mac. I am exporting multiple projects using Adobe Media Encoder.

I am currently trying to find the best bit-rate for exporting various projects, and it seems to vary by project. When I export as Adobe Flash Video, it gives an estimated file size next to the buttons on the bottom of the window. But I need these projects exported as QuickTime movies.

Can anyone tell me if there is any way to find out the estimated file size for a QuickTime export before rendering it?

It will save me a ton of time. Thanks!
