add sound to mp4 (mov) without rerender

how to add sound to mp4 (mov) without rerender

Can you tell me please how I can add sound to an mp4 coded movie (.mov) simply without rerendering. In this case any rendering would increase the filesize tenfold while it decreases the quality, and it costs minutes rather than seconds. The procedure I am looking for (joining on the file handling level) used to be done with After Effects or Premiere, but I can't find the instuctions in the new versions. (Also I like to add movs in one sequence that way.) Please help. Thanks, Mikla
