    Exporting Quicktime for Youtube...

Here is my dilemma...I have a client that wants quicktime files that will upload to youtube and look relatively good WITHOUT clicking "watch in HD" when the video comes up in youtube.

I am having trouble finding the right quicktime settings to do this, particularly since the videos have website screenshots in them, and those are the most noticeably poor quality part when uploaded to youtube.

Youtube recommends h264, mpeg 2, or mpeg 4...i've tried the h264 quicktimes, and a bunch of other quicktime settings...can someone help with a suggestion?
