I am generating animation with 3-D studio Max. I use a render farm-multiple computers all working on the same project. When they are finished I have a directory full of individuals still frames numbered in sequence. A five-minute project can run 7000 frames.
Premier CS two balks at this many frames. They have to be dragged and several hundred at a time. Does anyone use this workflow? Does anyone have a good way to import that many frames into premiere Pro CS two easily? Thanks
That's a good tip. I don't own After Effects but it's good to know.
I am creating the images at 1920 X. 1080
I am not doing much fancy in Premiere-a few titles and a fade or two. I then create a blue Ray disc folder in Encore and also output the project at lower resolutions From Premiere for standard definition DVD creation and viewing on a iPhone
