if you are using premiere cs3, then you can export to encore and that should open encore up and ask you if you want to go straight to dvd or create menus.
Maybe you are using a sledgehammer to pound a thumbtack?
This is the CS3 forum so Encore should reside on your hard drive with premiere.
File --> Export --> Export to Encore.
If you don't have Encore, there are a multitude of DVD authoring programs out there.
If she doesn't have Encore, she should get it, since it won't cost her anything more and is better than most anything out there except Scenarist.
In case you posted in the wrong (version) forum: If you got an earlier version of Premiere Pro (which doesn't include Encore) you should have the option to "Export To DVD". (File > Export > Export To DVD)
That is unless you are using a trial version. None of the trials support anything to do with MPEG-2 video, which includes DVD export.
What version of Premiere are you using? You should be able to do it from Premiere Pro.

Wow, that never even crossed my mind. The only thing that was holding me back from purchasing the software was the one thing not offered by the trial software. I just purchased the full version and had it over-nighted. I can't thank you enough for your responses!
