What kind of media are you working with? What are your sequence settings? What are your current export settings? What are you going to do with the final export?

Export settings are h.264 video..480x360
Finally i'm going to upload it to youtube.
If exporting with a nice quality with adobe premiere pro cs4 is not possible than how should i encode the video that i can re encode it with some other program to get the video smaller. I'm doing so with windows movie maker.
heres the vid i've uplaoded http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uHMQpWSmBeY
Your sequence settings framerate (23.976) is different from your footage framerate (15fps). Also the frame size is different. That doesn't help things......
Can't i change the sequence settings to match my footage settings ?
Now i've edited the same video with Movie maker and exported with the "Best quality for playback in my computer(recommended)" option
and then re encode the video with magic video converter with the h.264 video codec, bitrate 800 kbps, frame rate 30, dimension 480x360, thats the best option to encode for youtube and a 7 min video is 59,4 mb
Haha, help me, my Adobe Premiere Pro CS4-s trial period is going to end soon and i'm still wondering if i'm gone get the full version or not :( and i really want to use Adobe premiere because windows movie maker is lame compared to premiere.
All the best, Kriss.
I created a custom sequence but still no good.
640 x 480
00;12;11;24, 15,00 fps
48000 Hz - Stereo
Your better off saving your money and staying with the 'magic movie whatever'
Premiere is a more specialized app that seems to only want to satisfy that gray area between pro-sumer (shoots weddings) and hobbiest (reads forums more than actually shooting)
Right-click on your clips in the timeline and turn off Frame Blending.
Dude u totally made my day, it worked !
Thank you all for helping.
