I stand corrected, the web site does have the help files as well as PDF files for downloading.
Still, this is not what I expected or hoped to see.
I'm with you, i do not like to go to the internet first and then having to select the manual.
I have a shortcut in my windows taskbar (or wathever you call this in English) to the pdf file on my HDD.
I've found that any term I look up on the website has no results. For example, I put a clip on the timeline and got a yellow line above it. I had never seen yellow, only green and red. Just curious what it meant. But because I apparently didn't know the specific term for that line...I just call it a render line...there was no way to look it up.
With a manual, I can at least get in the right general area and look until I find it. I guess I need to download the PDFs...
You don't need to know all the terms. It is usually best to start with fewer keywords and only add more keywords if there are too many results.
A search on the keyword "yellow" answers you question in the first hit.

Eddie, thanks for the link...I'll just bypass the website thanks to Murat.
