Have you run the update? Anything to report? Does it finally display waveforms after a dynamic link? Does it finally actually link to the audio tracks in the PrPro project?

Probably a typo: uncompressed wav.
Yes, there are compressed wave formats. u-law and a-law

Not sure if those even qualify. Seems they're just companding algorithms.
