Set the Program Monitor to 100% instead of the default Fit. See if that clears it up.

Waht should I do? Could be this one the reason the preview is jerky?

The bitmap shows classic resizing artifacts.
1. What is the pixel resolution of your source clip?
2. What is the pixel resolution of your sequence frame settings?

Both are 720x576 16:9 PAL interlaced
