    windows XP 64

does anyone know where I can find out which adobe products are compatible with windows XP 64? I'm thinking of upgrading so I can add more RAM to my system.

I don't think any officially are. Vista 64 is the one supported. Word is the CS4 suite will run fine on XP 64, though.

As a Vista 64 user, I can attest to the stability and performance improvements of the OS as a whole, as well as the stability and performance of the CS4 suite on Vista 64.

One thing to consider is that XP-64 was a beta. All work was ceased on it, with the concentration on Vista-64. I doubt that anyone will be doing development, based on XP-64. How differently Vista-64 optimized apps will work in XP-64 will be a bit of a "crap-shoot," and will depend on how different the implementation of the two OS's are, to each other. Might work - might not. XP-64 is an evolutionary dead-end, excpt for the elements that MS kept and expanded.
