Thanks for your support. With my camrecorder, I have cyberlink power director, I can "export" my .mod to DV avi before importing them into Premiere Pro.
That would be the way to go.
I'm french too, and i have poor english, sorry.
I have problem too with the .mod files.
In CS3, copy the "ad2ac3dec.dll" in the Adobe path.
And rename files .MOD => .MPG
Adobe premiere recognize this format !
But... There are many Red Screen on the video !! It's horrible !!
CS4 resolve this problem ?

Personally, I export in CyberlinkPower Director (sales with my camrecorder) my file in DV avi, and after, I work in Premiere.

You can find this dll on internet or in the Adobe Encore path, and you paste this in the Adobe premiere path...
