Why is it a problem? It is only a message, does that bother you? Or do you mean the crashing? If you find that a problem, come forward with relevant details.
The problem is the importer pops up and goes thru its motion, as the process bar gets to the end, it freezes and I am unable to load the project. I used DL in the project and it seems to think the link is still open, although it is not (Task Mgr).
And yes, crach/hang doesn't do me too much good. What details do you need?
Hardware in use, OS, software, drivers and version, codec's in use, project settings, processes running, user rights, DXDIAG and MSINFO results to name a few.
Ran DXDIAG and no problems found throughout
Ran MSINFO and windows cannot find.

I can open all other projects but this one. Started in CS3, only 18 minutes long and I can open another project in CS4 that is 49 minutes. All footage is shot by me so there should be no user rights involved.
This project is ppcs4, used DL for AE, then DL to ENC, I ran trial BD-RE as an BDMV for PS3, looked great except I needed a few tweaks for final output, This is wher the freeze happened and I cannot re-access the project, but I can access all others, without DL
First suggestion is to finish your tweaks in CS3. Second, create a new project and import the smaller project into it. If that does not help, save the output from DXDIAG as a .TXT file and provide a link to it, so we can have a look at it.
I will try that. Some of the tweaks were CS4. It occurred to me that I had saved my last burn to ENC. Could that leave the DL open?
I will try a few things and and get back to you
