    I cant connect ti server via resource central panel

      I got this error pop-up
      " We're sorry, but there was an error communicating with the server. Please try again and if the problem persists, contact Adobe Technical Support. (503) "

      I have tried to enter http://resourcecentraldl.adobe.com/
      and get
      You don't have permission to access / on this server."
      that mean I can connect to the server
      I already close my firewall but it's still can't connect

      What should I do?
      Help me pleaseeeee

          A config file have been included in version 4.0.0 that points to an internal server that is inaccessible from outside the Adobe firewall. You should be able to quickly solve the problem by opening Windows Explorer and navigating to:

          C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Premiere Pro CS4\ResourceCentral

          Then rename the file config.xml to config.BAK or something similar. Launch Premiere again.

          You can also update to 4.0.1 where the issue is resolved.
