    create quicktime timecode track

      Hello all,

I'm new to Premiere CS4 and I'm hoping it can solve a problem I'm running into. I have clients that are creating video files for me in format 'x' (sometimes it's .mov or .wmv or mp4). I need to take that file, re-render it as a quicktime file AND add a timecode track.
For editing purposes, I need to be able to have the file start at 10:00:00:00 so that my software can synchronize properly.
Is there a way to import the video clip, put it on the timeline at 10:00:00:00 and export it as QT with a timecode track?

Any ideas? It can't be that hard... I hope...
