    AVCHD Exporting Options

I am just testing CS4 and was playing with some native AVCHD. Editing the native file is OK, but I can't seem to get a good quality export. I am sure it is something I am doing, but the exports display interlacing problems as well as macroblocking issues. I am exporting as follows:

      Quicktime using h.264
      100% quality

Is there something I am missing? I have tried a number of different codecs, h.264(not quicktime), f4v h.264, and a few more I can't recall.

If I take the sequence to After Effects and render it from there using the same settings I get a great result, I just can't seem to get one out of PPro. I also tried this same footage in Final Cut through Compressor and also get great results. I have even tried transcoding this footage to DVCProHD and using that in PPro, but I still get poor results. I can only guess that I am missing something, but I am at a loss as to what it could be. Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated.

      Thanks in advance,
