Double click on the sequence in the project panel.
I had the situation where the whole workspace was blank. I got this tip from support which seemed to work.
3. In the original account, close Premiere Pro CS4 if it is open.
4. Choose Start > Documents and navigate to Documents\Adobe\Premiere
5. You will see a folder named Layouts. Rename this folder as Old
6. Start Premiere Pro CS4. The application will create a new Layouts
folder which will contain new data files.
