I've debugged through the datefomatter to see how it parsed
the date and it seemed like it doesnt know how to differenciate
between the month and date if there's a day that is 12 and under.
So if I had a date 08/11/2008 (as in MM/DD/YYYY), it and I have
formatstring as DD.MM.YYYY, it takes 8 as D and 11 as MM so that if
I were trying to localize the date format in european format, it
comes out wrong.
Also, I know this is a known issue, but is there any plan on
fixing so we can use dashes in date format? For asian language?
they look like YYYY-MM-DD. Or is there a workaround? Cause when I
try to format using that string, it returns date as null.
