Thanks Steve. Only problem is, I don't have access to Final Cut Pro - it was downloaded to DVD's from another person's Mac with FCP. Can I do something with the mov files I have? Like convert them to an avi without losing quality?
You can use Super (free software - Google for it) or Quicktime Pro ($30 but worth it imo) to convert the file to DV-AVI. You may lose a little quality depending on the frame rate, and the fact that a mov file is already compressed.
