Looking for best practices here really, I've just finished a film using PE3 that I'm looking to sell. I'm not sure how generic this question is. I'm putting the DVD copying out to a third party (my first batch will be 100) What is the best way to keep the quality up to provide the film in?
If I supply a DVD created with PE3 for them to copy will I lose quality?
Would it be best to copy the movie to a folder and then copy the video TS folder to CD and supply them that?
Or supply them with the AVI files (not sure how I would do that)
In addition, you might want to check with your vendor to make sure of the exact format they will require. Going back a bit, most required DLT tape, but now a lot will work from a DVD "master." They should be happy to furnish you with their specs.
